Method
- In a medium bowl, toss together apple chunks and lemon juice.
- In a large bowl, add mayonnaise and brown sugar; whisk until sugar dissolves.
- Add the apple-juice mix, celery, grapes, pecans, and raisins. Stir to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate at least an hour before serving. Enjoy!

*I use Hellman's Light Mayonnaise which carries a gluten-free label.
