Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease a 15x10-inch jelly roll pan.
In a small bowl, add rice flour, xanthan gum, baking soda, and salt; whisk to combine. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla; cream together until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
Gradually add flour mixture into butter until well blended.
Stir in peanut butter cups, candies, and milk chocolate chips by hand.
Spread dough into prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars and store in an airtight container.
