Cadbury Mini Eggs are produced by the Hershey Company and are typically considered to be gluten-free despite the lack of labeling (several of their products carry a gluten-free label but Cadbury Mini Eggs Milk Chocolate do not). I decided to test them for hidden gluten with my Nima Sensor.
The Cadbury Mini Eggs Milk Chocolate came back with a smile meaning no gluten was detected. After doing my own research on the Nima Sensor, I am comfortable eating Cadbury Mini Eggs that test negative for gluten.
Everyone with celiac is different as far as levels of comfort go, only you can decide what is best for you! Always check ingredient lists before trusting any online source for gluten-free safety.
