This is my blended version of the famed “Pink Drink” made popular by Starbucks. Topping it with freeze dried strawberries would have elevated the pink factor, but alas, I was batch-making smoothies for the week and prioritized efficiency over indulgence.

This dreamy smoothie packs a nutritious punch with 14 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber.

Strawberry Coconut Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
Method
- Add milk blend and flaxseed to large blender cup; let sit for several minutes.
- Add Orgain Protein Powder, frozen strawberries, vanilla extract, and 3-4 ice cubes to flaxseed mixture.
- Cover blender cup and shake vigorously.
- Blend until smooth. Top with unsweetened coconut flakes before serving.
- Enjoy!
