Monster Cookie Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • cup old-fashioned rolled oats purity protocol or certified gluten-free
  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup Greek vanilla non-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • tablespoons PB2 peanut butter powder
  • ½ tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ tablespoon mini M&M's for topping
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips for topping

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl mix oats, almond milk, protein powder, yogurt, raisins, peanut butter powder, and chia seeds until well combined.
  2. Divide oat mixture into two serving dishes.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Divide toppings between both dishes before serving.

Notes

Swap out regular vanilla yogurt for the Greek yogurt to add sweetness.
